The notice explains how NEDFORM s.r.o. processes personal data received through the website enquiry form, by email, telephone or during business dealings.

2. Data and purposes

We process identification and contact details, the contents of communications, enquiry specifications and documents voluntarily provided by you. We use them to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take steps before entering into a contract, perform contracts, meet legal obligations and protect our legitimate claims.

3. Legal bases

The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in business communication and the protection of legal claims. We do not require consent merely to answer an enquiry.

4. Recipients and transfers

The web form is processed by the website hosting infrastructure and delivered to our email address. Data may also be processed by authorised NEDFORM employees and necessary providers of email, IT, hosting, accounting, legal or delivery services. Public authorities receive data where required by law. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be protected by an applicable legal mechanism.

5. Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for up to 3 years after the last communication. Contractual, accounting and tax records are retained for the periods required by law, generally up to 10 years. Data needed to protect legal claims may be retained until the relevant limitation period expires.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz. Requests can be sent to info@nedform.cz.

7. Voluntary provision and security

Providing data in an enquiry is voluntary, but without sufficient contact and technical information we may be unable to respond or prepare an offer. Do not send sensitive personal data or confidential technical documentation unless this is necessary and agreed in advance.
